We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive, and professional Female Telesales Executive to join our growing real estate team. You will be the first point of contact for potential investors and homeowners, turning cold and warm leads into scheduled viewings for our property consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Outbound calling to potential investors from provided Warm Leads.
- Relationship Building: Identifying client needs and providing brief, high-level information on available projects.
- Appointment Setting: Qualifying leads and booking meetings for the Sales Team.
- Database Management: Updating the CRM system with accurate lead information and follow-up notes.
- KPI Management: Meeting daily call targets and weekly lead conversion quotas.
Requirements
- Communication: Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or French are a major plus).
- Experience: At least 1–2 years in telecalling, preferably in the UAE Real Estate
- Personality: Resilient, thick-skinned, and highly motivated by targets and commissions.
- Professionalism: A confident phone manner with the ability to handle objections gracefully.
- Availability: Currently based in Dubai and ready to join immediately.
